“WheelStrong Coaching” is a fusion of neuroscience, naturopathy, trauma release, energetic recalibration, and adaptive strategy.
I created this method after Western Medicine left me in a nursing home, fighting for my life with no plan and no support. I had to figure out how to heal my nervous system, shift my mindset, and rebuild my entire body… all while raising two kids and navigating life in a wheelchair.
And now?
I’ve helped others do the same. Because healing isn’t a one-size-fits-all journey.
