At WheelStrong, we strive to provide high-quality merchandise, digital resources, and coaching services designed to support our community.

Because our offerings include physical merchandise, digital products, and coaching services, our refund policies vary depending on the type of product or service purchased.

By making a purchase through WheelStrong.org, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

To request a return or replacement, email:

Please include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the item

• A brief description of the issue

If approved, we may:

• send a replacement item

• issue a refund if replacement is not available

Items must be unused and in original condition.

We cannot accept returns for:

• worn or used items

• items returned without original packaging

• custom or personalized products

• items marked as final sale

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

WheelStrong is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If a package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will help investigate with the carrier.

Due to the nature of digital content, all digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

This includes but is not limited to:

• downloadable guides

• healing protocols

• educational resources

• courses

• digital workshops

• templates or toolkits

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Coaching sessions, consultations, and programs are non-refundable once the session has taken place.

If you need to reschedule a session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be considered forfeited.

Results from coaching services vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.

We only replace merchandise if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
